The work process
1) First, please complete this form and briefly describe your idea. I will then reach out to you via email and schedule a virtual meeting.
2) During our meeting, we will discuss all the nitty-gritty details of bringing your idea to reality! You will describe your vision, and we will create a work plan with a technical specification that reflects your wishes, set up the deadline, and discuss the price and payment methods. I will then provide a preliminary quote.
To initiate the project, I kindly request a deposit of 50% of the estimated quote.
3) Here I start working on your project. Yay! Starting from the very first sketches, I will share the work process with you and you will have an opportunity to provide feedback and request revisions to make sure that the project is looking exactly how you envisioned it.
4) Once I am done with the work and you’re happy with the result, I will generate the final invoice and collect the remaining payment. I will then send you all the necessary files:
- Website Design: Website ownership on the Squarespace platform and an archive of the designed illustrations.
- Presentation: Presentation in a format convenient for you (PDF, InDesign, separate JPG pages, PowerPoint) and an archive of the designed illustrations.
- Logo: Colored and black-and-white versions in different formats (JPG, TIFF, PNG, Adobe Illustrator).
- Trademark: Variations of the trademark - favicon, trademark, a more detailed and larger sign for signage or website placement. These variations will be provided in black and white in formats such as JPG, TIFF, PNG, Adobe Illustrator.
- Brand Book in PDF format.
- Merchandise: Mockups in JPG format, layouts in formats such as JPG, TIFF, PNG.
- Print Materials: Print layouts in formats such as JPG, TIFF, PNG.
- Packaging: Print layout in formats such as JPG, TIFF, PNG, and visualization in JPG format.
- Illustrations and photo retouching in formats such as JPG, TIFF, PNG.
Other file formats (such as source files) may be available upon request.
